We collect information you provide when requesting a walkthrough, creating or using a Strategy Tax account, or receiving implementation and support. This may include your name, firm name, email address, payment information, uploaded documents, financial records, and information necessary to operate and support TaxMiner.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to operate TaxMiner, provide implementation and support, process billing, improve workflows, secure the service, and communicate with your firm. We do not sell personal information. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services and internal systems.
Data Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Bank connections run through Plaid in read-only mode, and credentials are never seen or stored by Strategy Tax. Our handling practices are aligned to the FTC Safeguards Rule, GLBA, IRS Publication 4557, and IRC §7216.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal or financial information. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the platform, process payments, or deliver support, under confidentiality obligations, or as required by law.
